Marian Stanescu :: My Journal

Migrating from MovableType 4 to WordPress 2 happened quickly and without incidents. My web host offers a one click installation of the later, and the only thing that took a little time was the import of my original entries, because I preferred to do it manually. Luckily, there weren’t too many of them.

I chose the redoable 1.2 theme because its look and feel are the closest to those of my website, and because I’m really tired of extensive CSS and Photoshop hacking. I’ll still make some minor changes here and there though, but only when I’ll be in the mood to do it. Otherwise, this theme is close to perfect for my tastes. Hope you’ll like it too!
