Every now and then (and the last time it happened was yesterday), friends or relatives of mine contact me online just to offer their heartfelt congratulations: they heard I had become a father. To which I usually thank them for letting me know 
It amuses me the way this kind of benign rumors start and propagate, although I have to admit it can soon become quite repetitive.
Therefore, to express my sincere appreciation for their attention but also for the peace of mind of all of us, I hereby promise that, the moment a new member of my family will start his earthly journey I will post a big, one page, self-sponsored announcement on this website.
Until then, things stay as they are, that is me, my dear wife, and no pets.
